Shipping & returns

KENZINGTON POLICIES

 

  • All returns must be made within 14 days of original purchase for in store credit

 

  • Merchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached

 

  • ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

 

  • Shoes must be unworn and placed in original, undamaged shoebox

 

  • All special orders and custom orders are final sale, with payment due upfront. 

 

Shipping charges are applied upon purchase. Orders can only be shipped to the Continental United States.

Expected Delivery Times:

  • All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. You will be contacted by us if you have selected an item that is currently out of stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
